STRATEGIC INTENT STATEMENT

Learning and Teaching

As an authentic Catholic Augustinian school, we value a restless search for Truth that develops intellectual independence found through a commitment to lifelong learning and academic rigour.

As we continue to grow and thrive in the years ahead, we will:

3A. Prioritise student engagement, connection, creativity and resilience through a differentiated, innovative and relevant whole school approach to learning and teaching.

3B. Make data-informed decisions to deliver engaging learning experiences that provide opportunities for all students to learn, thrive and grow.

3C. Integrate a world view into a liberal Catholic, educational context, where both the ‘heart’ and the ‘book’ are accessed in all areas of the curriculum and College life.

3D. Foster deep learning, global citizens who are critical thinkers, who work collaboratively and empathise with others.

3E. Integrate experiential learning beyond the classroom as essential to the formation and growth of students.
