As an authentic Catholic Augustinian school, we set out to make a difference in the world.

As we continue to grow and thrive in the years ahead, we will:

5A. Provide professional and personal opportunities for students, staff and parents to experience growth that is fulfilling, affirming and meaningful.

5B. Create a culture of continuous improvement by engaging staff in a wide range of professional learning and leadership experiences that provide growth and advancement opportunities.

5C. Promote the role of the Alumni in the life of the College as a means of enhancing student growth.

5D. Build community skills to critically and ethically assess and analyse problems with particular emphasis on matters of human dignity.

5E. Ensure that there is a focus on the achievement of personal excellence.

5F. Support organisational opportunities that enable aspirational community members to achieve personal goals.

Every year the College identifies key initiatives that we believe will enhance the culture of the College as an institution that strives for the success of all students. The Annual Improvement Plan targets will be populated in the calendar year (i.e. 2025), and over a period of years this will provide a clear historical record of the specific interventions undertaken to achieve school improvement.
