Leadership Team

The Leadership Team is responsible for implementing a shared vision for the College and takes overall responsibility for the operation and management of the educational enterprise of the College. The Leadership Team is led by the College Principal in the execution of our strategic intent.

6A. Explore options for the future structure, sustainability and growth of the College, informed by community needs.

  • To ensure that we have sustainable practice in teaching and learning loads, and in administrative support that enables us to meet our goals as an employer.
  • To continue to focus on College resourcing and our value proposition as an independent Year 5-12 school.

6D. Provide opportunities for the enrolment of students who otherwise would not be able to access the College.

  • To reivew the current bursary policy and how it is publicly available to improve access for families with limited financial capacity.

6F. Strengthen College approaches to risk management and compliance.

  • To effectively implement the NSW Child Safe Standards and to ensure the practical application of the new Child Safeguarding strategies, policies, procedures and work systems.
  • To review all College Operational Policy.

3A. Prioritise student engagement, connection, creativity and resilience through a differentiated, innovative and relevant whole school approach to learning and teaching.

  • To review, analyse and evaluate pedagogical styles, aims and objectives of the College.
  • To review the behaviour management strategies including supporting documentation to ensure an alignment between documentation, expectation and practice.

3D. Foster deep learning, global citizens who are critical thinkers, who work collaboratively and empathise with others.

  • To review and define the requirements of the SEA program and the implications for overseas travel and service.

The Annual Improvement Plan targets will be populated in the calendar year (i.e. 2025), and over a period of years this will provide a clear historical record of the specific interventions undertaken to achieve school improvement.
