Staff

Our staff are at the heart of the College and have a vital impact on student performance in collaboration with parents and guardians. We attract and develop the most highly qualified teachers, who are experts in their field with a dedication to boys' education. There is an ever-evolving healthy mix of new and long-serving staff, who bring new energy and expertise to our consistent standards and values.   • To improve feedback practices that inform teaching and learning experiences in the classroom and create consistency across the school.

Every year the College identifies key initiatives that we believe will enhance the culture of the College as an institution that strives for the success of all students. The Annual Improvement Plan targets will be populated in the calendar year (i.e. 2025), and over a period of years this will provide a clear historical record of the specific interventions undertaken to achieve school improvement.
