College Board

The College Board (the Board) is a Company Limited by Guarantee. The Members of the Board represent and are accountable to the Trustees of the Order of St Augustine through the Prior Provincial and his Council. The Board of Directors appointed by the Members, is responsible for the Governance of St Augustine’s College – Sydney (the College).

  • To maintain a commercial focus on meeting educational for Catholic education on the Northern Beaches.
  • To determine the next strategic development opportunity for the College.

6D. Provide opportunities for the enrolment of students who otherwise would not be able to access the College.

  • To review the socio-economic demography and current Bursary Program.

6E. Enhance the leadership role of the College Board and its collaboration with the College Leadership Team.

  • To build better understanding of the personal and professional attributes of the College Leadership Team and to support them to achieve their professional goals.

Every year the College identifies key initiatives that we believe will enhance the culture of the College as an institution that strives for the success of all students. The Annual Improvement Plan targets will be populated in the calendar year (i.e. 2025), and over a period of years this will provide a clear historical record of the specific interventions undertaken to achieve school improvement.
