In 2024, the College supported the Director of People and Culture's professional development, recommending that Camilla Smith attend the 'Leading Future-Ready Teams' program at Michigan Ross University.

This intensive four-day program, led by world-renowned faculty, explored practical approaches to the challenges of leading and engaging teams.

Ms Smith said, "I'm proud to work at St Augustine's College - Sydney, an organisation that places such a strong emphasis on supporting and championing professional development for our staff."

This learning opportunity was fundamental in the development of the College’s bespoke Leadership Development Program, bringing global leadership best practice into practical application in our context.
