In 2022 the College acquired an additional two properties at 35 Consul and 50 Federal Parade Brookvale.

The College continues to look for strategic infrastructure as an independent boys school i.e. a sporting precinct. Space and cost present challenges, however the College is committed to securing for the future of the sport and co-curricular program.

The College also undertook actions to normalise student DA cap numbers as the College has become a school of choice for an increasing number of northern beaches families over the past few years, which has changed its pattern of enrolment. This increase in demand from parents seeking enrolment in a high quality local school has now become a trend and as a result, current numbers are not a fluctuation, but reflective of consistent demand. Accordingly, the College has been working with Council to address the cap on student numbers, and suitable planning changes that are required, to reflect this.
