RESET was introduced in 2024 to complement the SAINTS Behaviour grid and the following was completed:
- Survey on the effectiveness of the RESET behaviour management structure indicating high usage and support from staff.
- Regular updates and further training provided to staff on RESET.
- Student Management Policy re-written to match RESET.
- Continued focus on the SAINTS Behaviour grid.
- New Staff briefed on RESET and provided with 1:1 mentoring opportunities.
- Deputy Principal – Students and the Dean of Students conducted Breakfast Clubs for staff on Behaviour Management, the SAINTS Grid and how to apply RESET.
- Staff taken through the RESET ‘Consequences Flowchart’ (affirmations and challenges) at Staff Meetings.
