RESET was introduced in 2024 to complement the SAINTS Behaviour grid and the following was completed:

  • Survey on the effectiveness of the RESET behaviour management structure indicating high usage and support from staff.
  • Regular updates and further training provided to staff on RESET.
  • Student Management Policy re-written to match RESET.
  • Continued focus on the SAINTS Behaviour grid.
  • New Staff briefed on RESET and provided with 1:1 mentoring opportunities.
  • Deputy Principal – Students and the Dean of Students conducted Breakfast Clubs for staff on Behaviour Management, the SAINTS Grid and how to apply RESET.
  • Staff taken through the RESET ‘Consequences Flowchart’ (affirmations and challenges) at Staff Meetings.
