In 2023, Monique Douglas continued her 426 Research Project. Work completed includes:

  • Staff committee established to contribute to the development and review of the Behaviour Expectations Grid
  • Conducted Student Survey about Detentions and Student Management
  • Conducted Staff Survey about detentions and student management
  • Collected data relating to students placed on detentions & interviewed select students
  • In consultation with teaching staff and middle leaders developed a Consequences Guide for staff
