In 2023, Monique Douglas continued her 426 Research Project. Work completed includes:
- Staff committee established to contribute to the development and review of the Behaviour Expectations Grid
- Conducted Student Survey about Detentions and Student Management
- Conducted Staff Survey about detentions and student management
- Collected data relating to students placed on detentions & interviewed select students
- In consultation with teaching staff and middle leaders developed a Consequences Guide for staff
