In 2023, the road map for the development of a whole school educational philosophy began with consultation with parents, students and staff. The development of dispositions for each area was co-opted and developed further with input from all stakeholders.
Using a cooperative approach, our aim was to develop a whole school Augustinian learning philosophy that encompasses our current fundamental praxis and acknowledges the interrelationship between different aspects within the school.
In 2024, final consultation will occur at the Leadership Colloquium in April. This will allow leaders to connect, understand and contextually envision the philosophy in action within our community. The final product will be a professionally designed publication that can be shared internally and with the broader community.
