Working parties developed and reported on assessment guidelines, teacher reflection framework, Parent/Teacher/Student Interview evenings, flexible work and a calendar committee
During the Professional Learning day, all staff were engaged in an activity to review some key priorities as identified by leaders and staff at the previous years colloquium. Staff were able to opt into a group to workshop their key priorities in each area. From this, smaller groups gathered to synthesise the core ideas around each topic. There were:
