The Sport and Co-curricular office developed a comprehensive Winter Coach Induction Handbook to foster a culture of improvement and consistency across its coaching team.
Michelle Beecroft, who regularly runs sports coaches Child Protection Sessions was very complimentary of the Handbook, stating in her LinkedIn post "The College’s Induction Handbook is second to none- that extra tool outlining expectations, important contacts & wellbeing strategies.
