The College’s domestic and international tour policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure they are compliant, to enhance operational efficiency and to meet duty of care obligations through comprehensive risk management. A structured meeting schedule has been put in place for Tour Leaders to meet with the Risk and Compliance Manager, providing timely progress updates and enabling early identification of matters that may require input or support from other stakeholders.
