In 2024, we initiated our first Support Staff Forum on Staff Day, aimed at further fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This forum was specifically designed to understand the unique perspectives of our support staff, distinct from those of teaching staff. Prior to the forum, Support Staff were invited to share their insights and feedback via a survey, ensuring that all voices could be heard. During the forum, open discussions allowed for real-time dialogue and exchange of ideas. This initiative provided a valuable platform for our support staff to express their views, contributing significantly to our ongoing efforts to enhance their roles and the overall functioning of the College.
