The College has developed a formal screening process for students proposed to attend tours. Both the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and Deputy Principal – Students review proposed participant lists to assess the suitability of each student’s participation in the tour. This process helps to ensure that all students are in a suitable position to engage in the experience. It promotes a safe environment, supports fair access for all students, and allows the College to address any potential issues that may impact the student's wellbeing, the group dynamic, or the overall success of the tour.
