To strengthen student voice within the College, we have actively involved our Student Leaders in the Onboarding Day for new staff. During this event, Student Leaders shared their personal experiences, insights into the College culture, and emphasised the strong relationships between our staff and students. This initiative not only provided new staff with a deeper understanding of the student perspective but also empowered our students by giving them a platform to influence and shape the onboarding process. By integrating student voices into staff induction, we have fostered a more inclusive and collaborative environment, reinforcing our commitment to valuing and amplifying student contributions.
