In October's staff meeting, there was a joint presentation by HR and Marketing to staff.

The presentation addressed the market pressures due to the statewide teacher shortage; the role that staff can play in advocating within their professional networks and social circles about why they love working at the College; and that our ability to attract and retain top talent helps the College and all staff members.

The team shared research regarding the power of referrals and recommendations, and how staff can use LinkedIn as a networking and referral tool, and to support the College's recruitment and promotional activities.
