SRC Bake Sale to support Dee Why Women and Children First.
The SRC raised $1000 from the bake sale with the funds being spent buying Christmas gifts for the Mums at Women and Children First Dee Why. The SRC purchased some nice hand creams, body care products and earrings. The idea was that they would receive non-essential items to make it feel more like Christmas gifts rather than essential donations. The SRC showed great initiative and compassion in the co-ordination of this event with the College supporting their voice and commitment to service.
