The Director of Strategy, Risk and Compliance addressed all College Leaders on Risk Management at the Leaders Colloquium. This session emphasised the importance of robust risk management practices and why their support is essential in fostering a risk-centred culture within the College. The presentation reinforced that Risk Management is not just a compliance requirement; it is a strategic imperative that safeguards our assets, reputation, and long-term success. By understanding and mitigating risks, we can make informed decisions, enhance operational resilience, and seize opportunities with confidence.
