With global teacher shortages having worsened in recent years, the College implemented proactive recruitment practices, enabling us to continue to operate fully staffed. With frequent staff planning discussions, early recruitment processes, candidate cultivation and strong onboarding practices, we have continued to secure high calibre candidates locally, interstate and internationally.

Our ability to attract an retain excellent educators has been supported by our proactive approach to market salary changes, with the College implementing significant salary changes in October, in response to anticipated moves in other institutions in the sector.
