- Leadership Team
A bespoke leadership development program was designed in house through 2023 and piloted with 14 senior leaders of the College. The program centred on the foundations of leadership, emotional intelligence, self-reflection, understanding and responding to stress, understanding and leveraging diversity in teams and building toward leadership aspirations. The program is continuing in design phase with rollout expected to commence late 2024.
