Augustinian Charism

"Augustinian charism needs to be a part of every aspect of school life. Everything we do needs to reflect that charism...Our values need to be embedded in the discernment of the directors sitting at the board table; in the decisions that our leaders make; in what we teach and how we teach the young people; in what we choose to do in co-curricular activities, in every policy, in every procedure, in every practice. The unique culture of Vilanova, grounded in our four values need to be clearly evident and inform everything we do"
