Multiple staff professional learning sessions were run by Kate Earle and Nigel Wickham that focused on how to develop, build and maintain positive relationships with boys. The sessions covered included research findings into boys' education, strategies to engage students, the importance of recognising students' strengths and how to challenge disruptive behaviour.
