During 2022, 112 teachers engaged in Educator Impact. Educator Impact is a platform for school leaders and teachers to collect 360-degree feedback on their practice to help inform evidence-based goal setting. Teachers could track their progress and record evidence of professional learning by providing feedback. The data was analysed by staff and appropriate aims and goals set in relation to this data.
