In 2023, the College used Educator Impact software for teachers to obtain 360-degree feedback in their classroom. It enables teachers to obtain quantitative and qualitative feedback on their practice from students, observers, and a self-assessment. Our 2023 activities included:
- 73% uptake of student surveys by teachers in 2023 phase 1
- Lesson observation occurring outside of Educator Impact by Heads of Department and the Dean of Teaching and Learning.
- One-on-one conversations with Heads of Department and a 20 minute PLG conversation with the Dean of Teaching and Learning.
