Through 2023 the College undertook deliberate and comprehensive stakeholder engagement with all staff centred on College culture and respectful interactions and behaviours between staff and staff with students. Staff were provided with a variety of opportunities to contribute through survey, group stakeholder forums and one on one meetings. The insights gained through our consultation helped us to identify areas of significant strength in our College and opportunities to further enhance our culture and procedures. Respect@Work training was undertaken by all staff and various initiatives continue to ensure we maintain ongoing focus on our commitment to foster respect and positive behaviours through all interactions in the workplace.
