2022 SAW THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPLISPACE
Complispace will become our ‘one stop shop’ for the management of College governance, risk, compliance and policy going forward, and will be continually developed.
We work in a complex and continually changing legal, and regulatory environment and with so many new laws and regulations it is always a challenge for schools to stay current and compliant. CompliSpace will assist the College in ensuring its ongoing compliance.
What is CompliSpace?
CompliSpace is a leading provider of online governance, risk, compliance and policy management solutions to non-government schools in Australia.
Each of CompliSpace’s technology applications are designed to deliver different types of related content:
- PolicyConnect – CompliSpace’s policy application is designed to deliver key legal and regulatory policies and procedures contextualised to St Augustine’s College’s particular circumstances. It will not only enable the College to confidently comply with the Registered and Accredited Individual Non-government Schools Manual (NSW RANGS Manual) but will also enable staff to more easily access and search for policies and procedures when required.
St Augustine’s College currently subscribes to the following PolicyConnect programs/modules:
- Child Safeguarding
- Student Duty of Care
- School Registration
- Teacher Accreditation Compliance
- NFP Compliance
- Work Health and Safety
- Risk Management
- Overseas Students
- Board Governance
In addition to the above, there will also be access to all College Operational Policies which are currently under review.
- CompliLearn – CompliSpace’s staff learning system is designed to deliver staff training and professional development on the CompliSpace policy content and school-based procedures. This is where you will be completing your 2023 Child Safeguarding training.
- CompliSpace Assurance – CompliSpace’s Assurance Application is designed to manage risk, compliance tasks, incident forms, checklists and staff credentials as well as to provide management reporting outcomes. Please note that this application is currently under development.
