The College's Head of Wellbeing, Illona Welch, unpacked the data from the AIS Perspectives survey with the Primary School staff.
The data was very positive, well above the benchmark from comparable schools, with a sense of belonging and connections with their teacher being very high.
The areas to further develop were Grit and Determination as well as Resilience. These areas will now be included in the fortnightly Positive Education AWE lessons.
