Governance and Sustainability

6b. Develop a more integrated community where stakeholders are connected to the College Vision and Mission and actively engage in the role they play.

  • To re-engage a sense of community connection for parents.
  • Stakeholder engaged:
  • Parents

St Augustine’s College is known for its strong sense of community care and spirit, and parents are an integral part of this community.

At the event, the College launched its new Strategic Plan, an apt platform as the P&F Association focus for 2022 was ‘coming together again’ (post-COVID-19).

This event was a great opportunity for parents and carers to meet each other and catch up in a relaxed setting.

The evening was also dedicated to the memory of Isaac McInnes (2005-2018), who would have been graduating Year 12 in 2022 with his mates. Isaac, a heart-felt ‘Saints boy’ from Year 5, loved being a part of the St Augustine’s College community. His tragic passing from a very aggressive brain tumour, at only 13 years of age, was felt by many members of the Saints community. We respectfully honour and dedicate this night to his memory.
