Continued development of the College's Learning Management System within Teams has remained a focus, with the integration of artificial intelligence tools designed to enhance student learning experiences — supporting personalised feedback, automated marking, and the streamlined administration of student-facing revision materials. College-style LMS development in Art, Music, English and Religious Education has provided a strong proof of concept that will continue to scale.
A renewed lesson observation framework was introduced at the General Staff Meeting in October, with strong uptake across faculties. Senior leaders also attended the Positive Education Schools Association National Conference in Adelaide, further informing our commitment to Positive Education and the AWE Program. Term-based professional development calendars now align attendance with each staff member's personal improvement goals.
