Throughout 2025 the SRC participated in a structured series of staff-led workshops covering:

  • dealing with conflict in a meeting;
  • presenting to a group; and
  • writing agendas and minutes.

Specialist sessions extended the program:

  • the Head of Athletic Development on goal-setting;
  • senior staff on professional disagreement; and
  • a guest presentation on overcoming adversity.

Speech writing, leadership formation and reflective practice have been woven through the program.

Predictive Index assessments are now being used with the incoming Student Leadership Team to help each leader understand their own working style and how they contribute within a team.
