6F. Strengthen College approaches to risk management and compliance.
- To review and align governance policies and practices with NESA requirements, ensuring compliance and readiness for the College's Registration and Accreditation process.

The College's application to NESA for Registration and Accreditation was submitted earlier in the year, with onsite inspection completed in June and the 2024 Annual Report prepared and submitted in line with NESA requirements. This work is now complete.
Strengthened internal processes are also in place to ensure Directors complete and upload their NESA Responsible Person professional learning, including the AIS session delivered to the Board — embedding ongoing compliance into the regular rhythm of Board governance.
