The College commenced an external Board Matters review earlier in the year, with a structured framework now in place to support Board discussion on how to action its recommendations. The review remains ongoing as part of our commitment to continuous improvement in governance and strategic oversight.
The Board has also focused on collaboration and formation, with a combined Board meeting agenda taking shape across the College and Villanova — including a session on Augustinian Formation — reinforcing the shared identity and governance discipline that underpins our network.
