The College has refined and extended a Power BI dashboard and pastoral care tracking system used by the Pastoral Team. The dashboard enables systematic monitoring of student commendations and consequences, surfacing patterns of engagement and wellbeing for Heads of House and Heads of Year and supporting data-informed pastoral decisions.
The adoption of both Kissflow for student leave applications and X-cursion platform for the planning and risk assessment for all incursions and excursions have created a a clearer system for parents, more streamline workflow for staff, and given us greater risk awareness and compliance.
The ADEPT (Academic Digital Engagement Program Team) has continued to curate cohort-based course websites in Teams, with 144 course site pages populated and approximately 15 running fluidly in class. Work has also commenced on an AI agent designed to support staff engagement with the Catholic Augustinian Values program and the St Augustine's College formation course — streamlining access to resources and providing responsive support for values-based education.
