The new Parent Onboarding Portal was successfully launched in late August to coincide with the Year 5 and Year 7 2026 Parent Information Evening. Built on the College’s digital workflow platform, the portal provides incoming families with a structured, automatically updating checklist of forms, tasks and key information required ahead of their child’s commencement at the College. The new experience has streamlined onboarding for families while improving visibility and coordination for staff.

Development of the broader Parent Portal has now been completed, providing families with a personalised digital experience that includes access to academic reports, absence notifications, upcoming events, reminders and other key College information through a single platform. The portal forms part of the College’s ongoing strategy to improve engagement with parents through modern, connected digital services.
The College has also significantly progressed the digitisation of operational workflows during the year. A major focus has been the implementation of a fully digitised excursion management process using a combination of Kissflow and Xcursion Planner. The new process supports the end-to-end management of excursions, including approvals, scheduling, risk assessment, parent permission collection and operational oversight. This has improved workflow visibility, strengthened governance processes and reduced administrative complexity for staff managing excursions.
